Frequently Asked Questions

Our own-brand products come with a warranty of 2-3 years for end consumers and 1 year for professional users, from the date of purchase.

These are two different things: warranty covers a product that develops a fault during normal use, while a return applies if you’ve simply changed your mind about an order (within 14 days of delivery).

Submit a request through SAT Flux, our technical assistance service. You’ll choose between a Repair Quote (equipment outside warranty) or a Warranty Claim (equipment still under warranty).

Prices are available to registered resellers after they log in to their account. If you are not yet a registered reseller, you can request access or find the nearest reseller through our “Where to Buy” page.

Replacement parts can be ordered through your dealer account, or by contacting us directly if you can’t find the part you need.
