These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Fluxo Real B2B portal by registered dealers and professionals. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Access to pricing and ordering is restricted to approved Fluxo Real dealers and professional accounts. Standard prices, discounts, and payment terms are assigned based on your dealer category and agreed commercial conditions.

An order is considered valid only after written or digital confirmation from Fluxo Real. Fluxo Real reserves the right to reject or adjust an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incomplete account verification.

All prices are displayed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are defined individually per dealer agreement. Fluxo Real reserves the right to update prices at any time; confirmed orders retain the price agreed at the time of confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not binding. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from the Fluxo Real warehouse, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the product being unused and in its original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as detailed on each product page. Warranty claims must be submitted through the SAT Fluxo Real service with proof of purchase.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the buyer's registered place of business, unless otherwise agreed.
