For purchases made through the online store, you can return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used, are in their original condition, and are accompanied by the receipt. To initiate a return, simply send us a clear notice of your intention to return the item.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect—in these situations, please contact SAT Flux and we will cover the cost.

To start a return, contact us through the Contacts page with the order number, the item and the reason for the return.

Once the return is accepted, we arrange the collection of the item.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will issue a refund for the amount paid—in the form of a credit note applied to your account—within 14 days. Promotional discounts are not refunded.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.
